Exchanges and Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return in to us for an exchange or refund. You must notify us via email at customercare@aabuk.com to request an exchange or refund within 7 working days from delivery. After notification we will issue you a Returns Number at which point you have a further 7 days to return the Goods back to Aab UK.

Once you have obtained a Returns Number, please return the Goods to the returns address via post .

Please note:

Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation by Aab UK in the form of a Returns Number that we will issue you with. The Returns Number is valid for up to 7 days from authorisation only. Goods sent back without prior returns authorisation cannot be accepted and will be returned back to you.

The cost of returning unwanted goods is paid for by the customer. Should you choose to exchange your garment, the postage costs for the exchange items to you will be paid for by Aab UK.

Full refund of the cost of the Goods is wholly conditional upon Goods being returned in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. Refunds will be authorised only after a full inspection of the Goods by our Returns department.

Where Goods are received back in original packaging and in a re-sellable condition; you will be refunded the full invoice amount less cost of delivery.

Aab UK is not responsible for returned items lost in the post. For all UK orders we recommend sending your returns by Royal Mail Special Delivery and for international orders using a trackeable delivery service.

Do you deliver overseas?
We are pleased to say that Aab now ships worldwide.

How long does it take for the delivery to reach its destination?
Orders within the UK are guaranteed delivery within 3-5 working days. Orders within Europe are guaranteed delivery within 5-7 working days. Orders outside of UK and Europe (Rest of World) are guaranteed delivery within 10-15 working days.

Can I track my order?
If you need to track your order, please contact us providing your order details and we will happily track your order for you. We will email you with an update on the progress of your order.

Do you have a delivery charge?
Our delivery charges are calculated by the value of your item(s) and the delivery destination. When you enter your delivery destination in the shopping cart the correct delivery charge will be added to your order according to the value of your item(s). Our delivery charges are:

Payment Methods
All products on the Aab online boutique are priced in UK Sterling. Please have your credit or debit card details available when you place an order. The Aab online boutique accepts Switch, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Delta.

Please note that Diners, Solo and Electron cards are not accepted for online transactions.

You will be required to provide your card security code. This is the 3 digit number that appears after the last 4 digits of the actual card number on the back of your card. For American Express this is the four digit number printed on the front of the card.

Care Guide
We recommend Dry Clean only for the majority of our garments. This is to ensure durability and maintain the lustre of the garment.

While Cottons and Linens can be machine or hand washed, silks and wools must strictly be dry cleaned only due to the delicate nature of the fabric. Aab strongly recommends dry clean only and cannot be held liable for any damage caused if you opt to machine or hand wash your garment.
